The Restorative Block is a versatile companion for meditation, restorative yoga, and strength yoga. Crafted from pure Portuguese cork, our blocks are formed by a process that uses fire and steam to bind the cork's natural adhesives, making them biodegradable.

The Restorative Block aids in relieving tension and stress during seated practices through its 15-degree angled seat, providing relief for those with tight hips and sore knees. Using a raised seat opens up the hips and pelvis, elongates the spine, and allows for a rooted, tall posture.

Our Restorative cork block has a subtle and natural smokey scent, bringing a calming sensation to your daily Rituil, grounding your practice in nature.
