Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-3 days to let you know your order is on the way! Pre-orders will ship within 6-8 weeks, and you will receive an email confirmation when the order has shipped.

FREE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 days using FedEx Ground or UPS Ground.  FREE SHIPPING to Continental U.S. only (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Military bases).

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

 

DELIVERY:

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier and proof of delivery has been received by both Rituil and the customer, Rituil assumes no liability for lost or stolen packages. Tracking details are sent by email at the time of dispatch so you can plan to receive your order in a timely manner.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  Please initiate your return through Loop returns. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please initiate a warranty return through Loop Returns. We will process your refund within 7 business days once our quality assurance team verifies your product’s damage.
