Does Rituil host retreats?

In the future, we’re planning to facilitate wellness retreats to Portugal for members of our community. Be informed by joining our newsletter and staying up to date with the Rituil journal.


Where are your products made?

Our cork is sourced from the cork oak forests in Central Portugal near Abrantes, and our cork pieces are crafted in Northern Portugal. Our ceramics are created on the coast of Central Portugal near the town of Nazaré. Our linen and rugs are made in Northern Portugal.

How do I care for my products?

For your cork pieces, including your Rituil Cork Mat, Cork Yoga Blocks, and Restorative Block, simply wipe them down with a damp cloth. As cork is naturally antimicrobial, anti-bacterial, and odor-resistant, do not use chemical cleaners on your cork products, which may harm the finish. 

For your cotton Rituil Rug, machine wash on cold and hang to dry.

Machine wash your linens on cold and dry low.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Pay.

Where do you ship to?

We ship within the 48 Continental US states. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Military bases or international destinations at this time.

How are orders shipped?

FedEx and UPS ship our orders.

How long will my order take to ship?

Your order will be shipped within 1 business day and will arrive to its destination within 7 business days. Pre-orders will be shipped within 6-8 weeks. You will receive an email notification when the order is shipped.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

No, not at this time.

How do I track my order?

To track your order, please visit the link in the confirmation email sent to the address you provided at checkout or access your orders through your Account Page.

Orders & Returns

Can I change the address on my order?

If there is an issue with your order’s address, please reach out to us at as soon as possible. Please note that we are unable to change the address of orders that have already been packaged and prepared to be shipped so we cannot guarantee we will be able to modify the address.

Can I cancel my order?

We may be able to cancel your order if it has not yet been prepared for shipping. In order for us to assist with your cancellation request, please reach out to us at

Can I exchange my order?

We gladly accept exchanges through Loop Returns. Orders must be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

What is your return policy?

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery through Loop Returns. Products must be undamaged, unwashed, and unused as deemed by our quality assurance team. Please review our full Return Policy for more information.

How do I start a return?

How long does it take to process a return?

Your return and refund will be processed within up to 7 business days after your returned products arrive at our facility. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

What do I do if I’ve received a damaged product?

We’re sorry you received a damaged product! Please initiate a warranty return through Loop Returns. We will process your refund within 7 business days once our quality assurance team verifies your product’s damage.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Do you offer discounts for yoga teachers and studio owners?

Yes! Please note that we require a minimum order spend to offer discounted pricing. For more information, please visit our Hospitality & Studio page.

How do I become a community ambassador?

Gift Cards

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! We offer digital gift cards for use on our website. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.

How do I redeem my gift card?

Your gift card can be redeemed at checkout under the gift card code field. Your gift card code can be found in the email confirmation you received after purchasing your gift card.

Can I send a gift card to someone else?

Your gift card will be sent to the email address specified at checkout. To send your gift card to another person, either forward them the email containing the gift card, or enter the recipient’s email at checkout.
