Naturally antimicrobial cork resists odor and stays fresh with little effort. Wipe with a damp cloth and cold water after practice. For a deeper clean, use mild soap and water with a touch of white vinegar or witch hazel if preferred. Avoid harsh chemicals and soaking. Air dry completely and store the mat rolled loosely, cork side out.
The mat wears in, not out. Its grip deepens with use, reaching full traction after three to four weeks of consistent practice.
Restorative Yoga Rug
Spot clean as needed, or machine wash cold and hang dry or tumble dry low. As 100% cotton, it may shrink slightly in the dryer.
