Our signature Restorative Yoga Block is designed with a 15° angle to release tension in the hips and knees, encourage a tall, rooted posture and let the spine elongate and the breath flow freely. Positioned beneath the back or tailbone, it lends gentle support to heart-opening and reclined poses, with equal versatility for seated meditation, breath work and Pilates floor work.

Care Guide

Cork is naturally antimicrobial, so it helps keep your restorative block clean on its own, all you need is a gentle wipe with a damp cloth and cold water. For deeper cleaning, use a mild solution of water with a touch of soap, vinegar, or witch hazel. Allow to air dry completely before rolling with the cork side out, and avoid harsh chemicals or soaking.
