Maintenance is close to zero, requiring just a simple wipe down with a damp cloth and cold water for daily care, or a mild soap and water solution (along with a touch of white vinegar or witch hazel if preferred) for a deeper clean while avoiding harsh chemicals. When finished, simply let it air dry completely and roll it loosely with the cork side out.

It's also super easy to clean and light enough to take with me anywhere easily. The only thing I wish could be better is that when I'm laying in savasana, there isn't nearly as much support for my head as I would like, so I now require more props than I did before, such as pillows, which may not always be available to me.
